One of the advantages of being in Australia at this time of the year, is being able to enjoy all the tropical fruits. Pictured above is a Rambutan, they are sort of like a Lychee, and have a subtle taste. When combined with my other favorite - mango, we have the start of our wonderful daily fruit salad breakfast - also included are passionfruit, local pineapple, peaches and nectarines.
